In keeping with our dedication to advancing medical research, we recently released a new feature on EasyMedStat: Multivariate Analysis. Let’s take a moment to get to know this new functionality.

In medical research, statistics are a huge component that can sometimes be long and tedious. Multivariate analysis gives one the ability to understand complex phenomena, find data patterns and predict events. EasyMedStat is pleased to announce the launch of our new Multivariate Analysis feature on EasyMedStat. This key feature helps you, as a researcher, conduct multivariate analysis on your own. At EasyMedStat, we believe medical research and statistical studies should not be burdensome but easy and accessible for every researcher. 
Until now, scientists and researchers like you had no way in which to conduct multivariate analysis without the help of a statistician. This new functionality will let you analyze the effect of multiple variables and show the influence of each of them on every patient in a series. The Multivariate analysis on EasyMedStat is a turnkey solution: there is no need for statistical or technical knowledge. The analysis is easy to access and easy to initiate. 
Let’s consider two examples of how multivariate analysis is essential. A multivariate linear regression would make it possible to understand the preoperative and postoperative factors influencing the pain scale (from 1 to 100) one year post-surgery. Another example would be the occurrence of complications after treatment. A logistic regression would make it possible to determine the risk factors for the occurrence of complications after medical or surgical treatment. 
By giving real autonomy to your research, this feature lets you conduct your own multivariate analysis. EasyMedStat also generates article material for publication, including clear and vivid charts and a “what to write” section.
