The new Sign Verification feature designed for the Medical Research professionals is allowing you, as a researcher, to increase the quality of your research and the security of your data. Sign, verify and lock your patient form with this new functionality and remain compliant all along your study with your team in accordance with the American norm 21 CFR part 11 of the FDA.
In accordance with the ISO 14155 regulation, the electronic tracing implemented on EasyMedStat is ensuring you to work on a remote source data verification with accurate data.

3 levels of verification:

1st level: the signing feature, used by the person that collects the data. The collector signs the patient form just as a paper form.
2nd level: the verify feature, used by the person that verifies the data. The monitor checks the quality of the data and gives the source verification.
3rd level: the lock feature, to lock the patient form and the data collected to comply with the ISO 14155 norm. The form can also be unlocked.

These three levels of verification are now available on the platform and can be activated and deactivated on demand. The electronic tracing allows to see what changes were made thanks to the audit trail.
